a. Koh Samui ATV Tours is a booking website for ATV and quad bike tours on Koh Samui, operated by Koh Tour Co., Ltd. We compare the ATV parks we list and sell their tours. A booking made through this website is made with us; the tour itself is delivered by the local ATV park.
b. All tour bookings must be made in advance. Bookings of 1 to 3 riders are confirmed with nothing to pay up front and are settled at the park on the day of the tour. Groups of 4 or more riders and private tours pay a deposit at checkout, with the balance due on the day. Paying in full online is available on any booking and carries a card processing fee, shown before the booking is confirmed.
c. Once a booking request is accepted, a confirmation is sent to the customer by email, WhatsApp, or another agreed contact method. A booking is not final until confirmed.
d. We or the tour operator reserve the right to cancel a booking if required information or payment is not received in full and on time.
e. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the tour start time on every booking made through this website, deposits included, whichever ATV park you book. Cancellations inside 24 hours and no-shows are not refundable. If the tour is cancelled because of weather, safety, or operational reasons, you will be offered a new date or a refund where applicable.
a. ATV tour itineraries, routes, viewpoints, waterfall stops, pickup times, and ride durations are subject to change without notice because of weather, trail conditions, traffic, maintenance, safety decisions, or other factors beyond our control.
b. We or the local operator may modify, postpone, or cancel a tour where necessary. If a tour is cancelled by us or the operator and cannot be rescheduled, a refund will be provided where applicable.
c. We are not responsible for expenses you incur because of itinerary changes, including separately booked transport, accommodation, or other activities.
d. Customers are expected to follow the guide's instructions at all times for their own safety and the safety of others.

c. Age, height, passenger, pregnancy, and medical restrictions vary by operator. Customers are responsible for checking suitability before booking and for informing us or the operator about medical conditions, injuries, reduced mobility, pregnancy, or other concerns that may affect participation.
d. Operators may refuse participation, change a rider to passenger status, or stop a ride if they believe a customer cannot participate safely. Safety decisions by the guide or operator are final.

b. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Koh Samui ATV Tours is not liable for loss, injury, accident, delay, cancellation, or damage to person or property arising during a tour operated by a third-party ATV operator.
c. Customers are responsible for their own health, safety, belongings, and conduct during the tour.
d. We are not responsible for loss, injury, or damage resulting from a customer's failure to follow the guide's instructions or operator safety rules.
a. Customers are responsible for holding any necessary travel documents, including passports and visas, before joining a tour.
b. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details, pickup location, hotel name, date, group size, and passenger information. We are not responsible for missed pickups or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
a. We aim to keep prices, ratings, routes, inclusions, and operator details accurate and up to date, but operators may change their offers without notice.
b. Prices are usually shown in Thai baht and may vary by rider type, passenger setup, vehicle type, route, season, and operator policy.
