b. All tour bookings must be made in advance. Depending on the tour, payment may be made online at the time of booking, by deposit, or directly to the operator on arrival where that option is offered.
c. Once a booking request is accepted, a confirmation is sent to the customer by email, WhatsApp, or another agreed contact method. A booking is not final until confirmed.
d. We or the tour operator reserve the right to cancel a booking if required information or payment is not received in full and on time.
e. Cancellation rules can vary by operator and tour. Unless a tour page states otherwise, free cancellation is available until 23:59 Thailand time (GMT+7), two days before the tour date. Cancellations after the cut-off and no-shows are not refundable. If the operator cancels because of weather, safety, or operational reasons, you will be offered a new date or a refund where applicable.

d. Operators may refuse participation, change a rider to passenger status, or stop a ride if they believe a customer cannot participate safely. Safety decisions by the guide or operator are final.
