Trail Blazers runs quad bike tours from its base at Maenam, on the north coast of Koh Samui. You ride on dirt trails and tropical paths that climb into the jungle and hills behind the coast, away from the main roads. No experience is needed, and the team gives you a helmet, safety gear and a briefing before you set off.
Hotel pickup
Your driver picks you up from your hotel or villa around an hour before the tour. There are morning departures near 09:00 and afternoon departures near 14:00. You can also make your own way to the Trail Blazers base at Maenam Soi 5.
At the base you get your helmet and safety gear, meet your guide and take a short practice ride on the quad. No experience or licence is needed.

Yes. Children can ride as passengers. Drivers need to be at least 12 and confident on the quad. Each quad carries one driver and one passenger.
The 1 hour tour is the jungle ride with a viewpoint. The 2 hour tour adds a waterfall. The 3 hour tour adds both the waterfall and a temple stop.
Yes. Pickup and drop-off are included from Lamai, Chaweng, Choeng Mon, Bo Phut and the nearby areas. Give your hotel name and room number when you book.
Wear clothes and shoes you do not mind getting muddy, and bring swimwear and a towel for the waterfall on the longer tours.
The 1 hour tour starts at 1,600 THB for a solo rider and 2,600 THB with a passenger. The 2 hour tour is 2,700 or 3,700 THB, and the 3 hour tour is 3,800 or 5,300 THB.
You book here and settle at the park on the day: for 1 to 3 riders there is nothing to pay up front. Groups of 4 or more riders and private tours pay a deposit at checkout, with the balance due on the day. You can also choose to pay in full online, which carries a 5 percent card processing fee shown before you confirm. Every booking made here can be cancelled free up to 24 hours before the tour, deposits included.

For safety, this tour is not suitable for pregnant women, anyone with a serious back, neck or heart condition, or anyone who has been drinking alcohol. Drivers must be at least 12, and younger children can come along as passengers. If any of this could affect someone in your group, message us before you book and we will help.
Yes. Each ATV has a combined weight limit of 140 kg and carries a maximum of two people, so the driver and passenger together should weigh no more than 140 kg. If your pair is close to that limit it is better to take a quad each. If you are not sure, message us before you book and we will help.
Yes. Cancelling or moving your booking to another date is free up to 24 hours before the tour starts, and anything you have paid is refunded in full. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded. If we have to cancel, for example for weather or safety, you can move to another date or take a full refund.
This tour was incredible! A group of 8 quads turned into 3 separate groups based on skill level. More competent riders and lesser. It made the tour more satisfying due to the ability levels. As a more competent drive is all helpful to not always having to wait for a less confident driver. Actual locations of tour was great. Off roading to skid and have fun on the quads and driving on road to get to beautiful view points!
We took a 2 hour ATV tour which included pick up and drop off. We booked via Get Your Guide and the whole thing was seamless. Our tour guide Don was really good and taught gow to ride the quad bikes safely. This is a real adventure and we saw the view of Koh Samui as well as a beautiful cafe in the jungle. Highly recommend

We went on a 2-hour ATV tour, and Tim was an excellent guide. We had an amazing ride through the hills in the north of Koh Samui, surrounded by breathtaking scenery. The stop at the café with its panoramic view was a perfect and much-appreciated break 😁. I highly recommend this activity! 🤩👍
We had a fantastic time. Mark was our tour guide and he was amazing! He was patient as our teenager kids learned how to drive and maneuver the ATVs. It was such a fun family activity and we highly recommend!
