We'll meet you at your hotel, villa or pickup point. The 2 hour Waterfall Tour runs twice a day, with pickup around 09:30 for the morning session or around 14:00 for the afternoon session. Prefer to come by yourself? You can also meet us at the X-Quad base on Maenam Soi 4.
We arrive at the X-Quad base camp above Maenam. Fit your helmet and get comfortable on your automatic quad. After a quick intro and the safety briefing by our guides, we ride out.
We set off on wide and easy tracks through the jungle, with plenty of viewpoints along the way. Our multilingual guides ride with you and help out whenever you need it, so beginners are in good hands.
We ride deeper into the jungle to reach a hidden waterfall. Time to relax, cool off and take a swim in the fresh jungle water. Bring your swimwear and a towel if you plan to take a dip.
This is where the 2 hour Waterfall Tour turns back. We ride to the base camp for a soft drink, and our driver takes you back to your hotel. The 4 hour Mountain Tour continues uphill from here.

A relaxed, guided ride rather than a race. Our guides lead the group at an easy pace on wide jungle tracks, so first-timers and nervous riders are comfortable. The quads are automatic with no gears, and no driving licence is needed. Expect dust in the dry season and mud after rain, a cool-off swim at a hidden waterfall, and on the 4 hour tour the highest viewpoints on the island plus a Thai buffet lunch.

The 2 hour Waterfall Tour is the easy start on wide jungle tracks with a waterfall stop and soft drinks, running twice a day with pickup around 09:30 or 14:00. The 4 hour Mountain Tour leaves around 09:00 and returns about 15:00, climbing to the highest point of the island for panoramic views over Lamai Bay and the Big Buddha, a swim at a hidden waterfall, and a Thai buffet lunch at the jungle restaurant.
Yes. Children from 11 years can drive their own quad after the ability check. Younger children ride as a passenger behind an adult on a double quad, with a small supplement of 200 THB on the 2 hour tour or 300 THB on the 4 hour tour.
A single quad is for one rider. A double is a larger 450cc or 520cc quad that carries a driver plus one passenger behind them, and the 520cc adds power steering. Prices are per machine, so a couple sharing a double pays the double price.
The tours run in most weather, and many riders say the muddy months are the most fun. If conditions become unsafe we will move your booking to another day or refund you.
Yes. Cancelling or moving your booking to another date is free up to 24 hours before the tour starts, and anything you have paid is refunded in full. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded. If we have to cancel, for example for weather or safety, you can move to another date or take a full refund.
We offer hotel and villa pickup across Koh Samui, included in the price. If you prefer, you can also make your own way to the X-Quad base on Maenam Soi 4 and meet us there.
For safety, the tour is not suitable for pregnant women, anyone with a serious back, neck or heart condition, or anyone who has been drinking alcohol. Riders must be at least 11 and there is a weight limit per quad. If any of this applies to your group, message us before you book and we will help.
Yes. Each ATV has a combined weight limit of 140 kg and carries a maximum of two people, so the driver and passenger together should weigh no more than 140 kg. If your pair is close to that limit it is better to take a quad each. If you are not sure, message us before you book and we will help.
You book here and settle at the park on the day: for 1 to 3 riders there is nothing to pay up front. Groups of 4 or more riders and private tours pay a deposit at checkout, with the balance due on the day. You can also choose to pay in full online, which carries a 5 percent card processing fee shown before you confirm. Every booking made here can be cancelled free up to 24 hours before the tour, deposits included.
This is the best ATV tour on Koh Samui. We tried another ATV company before, and the difference was huge. In fact, we first rode with this company a year ago and absolutely loved it. This year we decided to try a different company and a different route for comparison, but we were disappointed. The route was mostly small dirt roads, the pace was very slow, and we didn’t get to see many of the island’s highlights. It only made us appreciate this company even more, so much that we booked a second ATV tour during the same trip just to come back here again. If we return to Koh Samui next year, this will definitely be the company we choose. If you already have some ATV experience and want a bit of speed, adventure, and a truly scenic route, this is the tour to choose. The 4-hour route is amazing. First, you stop at a beautiful jungle garden café where you can relax with a cold drink surrounded by nature. Then you visit the highest viewpoint on Koh Samui near a temple, with breathtaking panoramic views of the entire island. After that, there’s a stop at a jungle restaurant with incredible views over the sea and delicious local food. The final stop is the famous Zipline Café built among the trees, where you can enjoy great coffee and stunning scenery. What makes this tour special is that you actually have time to enjoy every location. Nobody rushes you, and the groups are small. In our case there were only four ATVs, one guide on an ATV and another on a motorbike helping the group. No endless waiting for other people — just riding, enjoying the views, and having fun. The guides went far beyond what we expected. They filmed videos of us riding and later sent them to us, which was such a nice bonus. Along the way they let us try local fruits, including fresh mangosteens, treated us to snacks, made a beautiful crown from jungle leaves, and even gave me a lollipop. These little touches made the experience feel incredibly personal and memorable. A special thank you to the guides. They were fantastic, shared lots of interesting information about the island, showed us wildlife, let us hold spiders and see local animals up close, and made the whole experience unforgettable. Our guide with the beard was especially amazing, although unfortunately we forgot to ask his name. Huge respect to the guides and owners for creating such a professional, friendly, and enjoyable experience. Thank you for one of the best adventures we had on Koh Samui. Wow wow wow we loved this. They made my first time worth every cent. What an amazing life changing experience. Riding through the jungle was sick. We did the Xquad 2 seaters and it was so much fun. Felt like a roller coaster, exhilarating and you still fill safe with the roll cages. The guides stop and a few amazing viewpoints. Klar was our guide and he was a real cool dude, knew all the trails amazing and even got video footage for us! The lunch was also great authentic food. 10/10
My family and I booked a 4-hour ATV and buggy tour, and it turned out to be a truly unforgettable experience. The tour was organized at the highest level — everything was perfectly planned from start to finish. The route was very diverse and rich in impressions: • a stunning viewpoint overlooking the northeast coast of Samui, • a high-altitude viewpoint with panoramic views of the east coast, • a stop at a beautiful and cozy bar for refreshing drinks, • lunch at the top of one of the mountains with breathtaking views, • and, of course, a visit to one of the most beautiful places on the island — Tan Rua Waterfall. The emotions and sensations from the tour are simply indescribable. It is a perfect combination of adrenaline, nature, and comfort. I would also like to especially highlight the excellent safety standards — the briefing, equipment, and professional guidance were outstanding, which is extremely important when traveling with family. Best trip we've done on Samui; great way to see the island and hear about it from your guides. The ATV was easy to drive and the guides gave plenty of help. Lots of refreshment stops and a delicious lunch were included. We had so much fun with the guides and group. If you do anything whilst you’re here, do this.
What a fabulous excursion this was. We did the 4H tour as a family of 3 and had 2 guides with us so it very much felt like a VIP experience. Chris was great, an Australian chap who knew lots about the island and was very accommodating with us, especially my wife who had not ridden an ATV on very challenging paths like around the jungle of Koh Samui. Lunch was great at the Mountain Jungle Restaurant. The views….. just breathtaking, a completely different perspective of the island. Would highly recommend this for all abilities. We have 1 x ATV and 1 x UTV for me and my son. Had a blast
