Wild Action Samui runs quad bike tours from its base near Maenam, on the north side of Koh Samui. You ride off-road on dirt trails and tropical paths into the jungle and hills, away from the main roads. No experience is needed, and you get a helmet, safety gear and a briefing before you set off. The trails climb to 360 degree viewpoints over the island and the coast, then push on past plantations and jungle to a secret waterfall and a mountain temple. The longer tours go deeper and see more.
Hotel pickup
Your driver picks you up from your hotel or villa around an hour before the tour, with morning departures near 09:00 and afternoon departures near 14:00. You can also make your own way to the Wild Action base near Maenam.
At the base you get your helmet and safety gear, meet your guide and take a short practice ride on the quad. No experience or licence is needed.

These tours are sold as single-rider quads, so each person drives their own. Drivers need to be at least 12 and confident on the quad. For a younger child as a passenger, contact the operator in advance.
The 1 hour tour is the jungle ride with viewpoints. The 2 hour tour adds a secret waterfall. The 3 hour tour adds a mountain temple. The 4 hour tour is the longest ride with the most trails.
Yes. Pickup and drop-off are included from Lamai, Chaweng, Choeng Mon, Bo Phut and the nearby areas. Give your hotel name and room number when you book.
Wear clothes and shoes you do not mind getting muddy, and bring swimwear and a towel for the waterfall on the longer tours.
Per rider, the 1 hour tour is 1,350 THB, the 2 hour tour 1,990 THB, the 3 hour tour 3,090 THB and the 4 hour tour 4,290 THB.
You pay on the day of the tour. Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the tour.

Yes. Each ATV has a combined weight limit of 140 kg and carries a maximum of two people, so the driver and passenger together should weigh no more than 140 kg. If your pair is close to that limit it is better to take a quad each. If you are not sure, message us before you book and we will help.

I was last year in Thailand and had a good ATV trip but listen to me Aiman and the staff made it a great trip, we had so much fun, new and maintained ATV’s and the buggy is something extreme that you must try if you love 5/5
We Had a great trip with the buggy! The people form wildaction were really nice and kind, and the trip was long ( we had 3 hour trip ) we had seen the most beautiful spots from the island were the people from wildaction took us with. And a lunch with a great view over the island Definitely will book again if we’re coming back 🙏🏻
We did the 2 hour trip which was awesome. The guides supportive and really make the trip wonderful. We had a very inexperienced rider on our trip and they assisted her the whole time. My partner even managed to fit in a zip line from the Tree Bridge which was a great spot. Thankyou team you were very patient and accomodating to the whole group.
Can’t recommend enough. We went on the atv tour with 3 fun, experienced and informative guides, who also took pictures and videos for us during the trip. 3 out if the 4 of us were first-timers, but managed to make our way on the at times technical and at other times fast-paced and scenic routes to several beautiful viewpoint.
